One of the best travel companies to work with. I booked a trip to San Pedro de Atacama, Easter Island, and Puerto Natales with them. Marilda was extremely easy to work with and was constantly checking in with me to make sure everything was going okay. The hotels we stayed at were amazing and conveniently located. Would highly recommend this tour company for trips to Chile.

Iguazu falls is truly amazing. Our tour was with Nieves our tour guide. She was very patient and accommodating to our needs. Very knowledgeable with the reserve and animals.👍🏻👍🏻 The transport service was excellent. They came on time to pick us up from our hotel to the airport and vice versa with Fabian 👍🏻👍🏻our driver who was very nice & helpful. Our resort in iguazu La Reserva was pretty much ok. But the rooms needed a little updating and upkeep. Cleanliness of the bathroom was a bit of an issue. But overall I would give it a satisfactory rating. The boat ride to the falls is a must do. So much fun !!!

Chanced upon Signature DMC and put in a request for a day trip to Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires. The staff who attended to me was Victoria and she was excellent! Our private tour was very well organised, from the start to the very end, even though we had flight delay on the return leg due to weather. In addition, our guide in Iguazu, Manuel, was also great! He was informative and planned the route perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! (We’re a group of 3)

Very Reliable touristic office: they are professionals. They organised my trip very well. In addition, i would like to highlight that when everything is fixed and the trip starts, they are still “here” via WhatsApp to advise and solve any unpredictable problem that may occur. They “follow” you during the whole trip and thus, you feel safe and this is the best part of all. I rarely leave reviews but would feel guilty not doing so: Our trips with Signature DMC were one of the top highlights of our trip to BA. Our guide Leandro was fantastic and showed us around Recoleta and the cemetery on day 1. The next day, Leandro showed us La Boca, Casa Rosada, San Telmo, and more. Leandro was extremely knowledgeable about BA's history and was super outgoing/friendly/hilarious. He also shared a number of his favorite restaurant recs, some of which we hit on the tour! Lastly, our driver Alberto was amazing– always early and super friendly. His van was extremely comfortable and spacious for our group of 5.

We traveled through Argentina for a month in late December 2024 and January 2025. I have used tour operators/travel agents in the past for longer customized trips with just fair results. Where they usually fall apart is with support during the trip. This trip was the polar opposite. We worked closely with Carolina in the Buenos Aires office to develop this trip and where she really shined was with the support during the trip. She met us at our hotel when we arrived in Buenos Aires. She was available during the trip for questions and issues, even during her days off. She did her best to modify things when we wanted to make a change. She met us at the airport when we were departing. She obtained a refund for us for several activities we did not participate in. She was truly a customer advocate and I honestly cannot say enough about her support during the trip. I think she is very unusual in this industry and she is now my go to person for South America, where we love to travel.

We chose Signature DMC for a two-day private tour from Buenos Aires to Isuzu Falls. Carolina, our travel agent, responded to our inquiries promptly and efficiently. Had a week off and took to BA and contacted the agency. Had the pleasure of contacting Carolina Miguens and she gave me a pair of options; first one was a trip to the Iguazú falls in northern Argentina, we where escorted to the airport back and forth. In Iguazú there was a private guide waiting for us and spent the whole day there! Such a wonderful day trip! When we came back Carolina had for us a 3 days 2 nights stay in Bariloche 5star hotel with a couple of tour which where excellent! Carolina always had contact with us asking if everything was ok! And everything ok. Went back to BA and a driver was waiting for us to take us back to our hotel!! Yes I recommend Carolina Miguens & DMC tours if you go to Ba! Next time I plan to book a trip to Usuahia! Addendum came back Feb 15 2025 and as usual Carolina Miguens & DmC took care of tour to Calafate and Perito Moreno 5 star service

Our 2 day trip to Iguazú was fabulous. Everything was handled extremely professionally starting with our contact with Agustin, where he quickly responded with answers to all our questions. pickup at the hotels and airpot ran smoothly The la Reserva virgin lodge was a wonderful location in the forest. The tours over 2 days were wonderful with the falls spectacular. The great adventure was a must do Thank you Signature tours for such a wonderful start to our big trip to South America. I just finished my 9 day tour with Signature DMC. My tour focused on Atacama (the desert) and Easter island. The itinerary is very well organized with diversity and all highlights. In Atacama, I saw the beautiful moon valley, Tatio, Flamingos, experienced the driest desert of the world and star gazing and more. In Easter Island, the tour covers all the main Moai sightseeings and the history. I especially like the hotels the agency chose. It is clean, comfortable, and has the best kitchen on Easter Island. Maltida from the agency offered me great support. She is always available for all questions and checked immediately if anything needs to be confirmed. I would further recommend Signature DMC!

I planned a trip to Argentina months before I went. I needed to make changes and Agustin was always helpful. Even while in Iguazu Falls I had to change the pick up location to go back to the airport. Agustin was once again very kind and helpful. Our guides and drivers were professional. One driver (Walter) saw an owl nest next to the road and stopped. He made sure everything was safe so my husband could photograph the 2 birds. I am now planning a trip to Chile and Easter Island. I plan on using Agustin and Signature tours to arrange everything. Signature made my 8 days in Chile smooth and without a hitch. From my arrival in Patagonia to my departure from Rapa Nui, Easter Island, and Villaparaiso and Viña del Mar in between, there was always transfers waiting and guides throughout. Highly recommended
